Sourced from forest habitats of Kandhamal, Odisha.
The honey comes from forest regions where bees forage on a diverse range of wild flora. These forests support natural, non-cultivated nectar sources, resulting in honey that reflects the local ecosystem and seasonal floral diversity of Kandhamal.
Collected by forest-linked communities from Kandhamal.
This honey is collected by local forest honey collectors, including members of indigenous communities living in and around the forest regions of Kandhamal. Collection follows traditional knowledge systems and supports forest-based livelihoods through small-scale, non-industrial practices.
Collected traditionally and lightly filtered.
Bees naturally build hives in forest environments without human intervention. Honey is manually collected from these hives using traditional methods. After collection, it is lightly filtered using cloth to remove natural debris. The honey is not heated, pasteurised, or chemically processed.
Used traditionally as a natural sweetener.
Forest honey is commonly used in daily household consumption as an alternative to refined sugar. It can be added to warm water, beverages, or food preparations. This product is intended for everyday use and is not positioned as a medicinal or therapeutic item.
Store at room temperature in a dry place.
Store the honey in an airtight container away from moisture and direct sunlight. Do not refrigerate, as natural crystallisation may occur. Crystallisation is a natural property of raw honey and does not indicate spoilage.
Shelf Life: 18–24 months from the date of packaging, when stored under recommended conditions.

The moment I opened the jar, the rich, earthy aroma instantly told me this wasn’t ordinary honey. The texture is thick and pure, with a deep golden color that feels completely natural and untouched. What I loved the most is its authentic taste — mildly sweet with a hint of wild floral notes, just like real forest honey should be.
