This honey is collected by local forest honey collectors, including members of indigenous communities living in and around the forest regions of Kandhamal. Collection follows traditional knowledge systems and supports forest-based livelihoods through small-scale, non-industrial practices.

Collected traditionally and lightly filtered.

Bees naturally build hives in forest environments without human intervention. Honey is manually collected from these hives using traditional methods. After collection, it is lightly filtered using cloth to remove natural debris. The honey is not heated, pasteurised, or chemically processed.
